Definitely secret conversations in Spanish , Some managers are not trained properly , unfortunately I had one of the worst. Not to disrespect any , I have had amazing experience how not to manage people. I have had worked for 4 companies and 6 bosses , I have never experienced such a terrible boss. Always threat you with job security , false promises. Micro management : he once saw my phone who is calling me etc, Counts the time that I went for lunch and Loo. Complains Time that I spend debugging an issue irrespective how new and complex the issue was. Shouts in-front of other colleagues and other project people. A lot of tantrums for unknown reasons. I was not sure most of the times that he was annoyed. Now wonder why people left that project before I had arrived and after I have left as well.
