      Pros

      I think the benefits overall were very good. I had a good experience with my manager and opportunity for growth and flexibility at work with the client.

      I think there is room for improvement in the communication part as everis USA as a company.

      Unlimited PTO for certain levels - Codeword for Loooong work hours and by approval time off - which rarely happens

      Cons

      No growth opportunities in career. If you care for your career growth, look elsewhere. What you see is NOT what you get (WYSINWYG) in terms of caring for employees. Core values of the company brag about caring for their people. Didn't feel that after spending years or hard work at this outfit. No qualified sales team that means if the client ends the contract, pink slips are waiting for you.
