      Pros

      - There is a carrer path; - There are many good professionals; - You get involved with the consultancy strategies; - Companies' values are fine and they really care about allocating you in the right area.

      Cons

      -A lot of unpaid overtime work; -Sometimes you get allocated into the client with few or no support; -There are sectors that can be kinda messy.

      Pros

      They work with some of the biggest companies in Argentina (from Telefónica to Santander Río). Good starting point, with in company courses and a virtual campus for online training

      Cons

      The outsourced employees get little to no attention at all (no "People Care" sector or similar practice), wich added to a bad communication makes them not feel part of the company. Salary rises bellow the market average. No interest in retenting valious people.

      Very poor senior management, without any strategic view and focused only on the short term
