Pros
They work with some of the biggest companies in Argentina (from Telefónica to Santander Río). Good starting point, with in company courses and a virtual campus for online training
Cons
The outsourced employees get little to no attention at all (no "People Care" sector or similar practice), wich added to a bad communication makes them not feel part of the company. Salary rises bellow the market average. No interest in retenting valious people.
