Pros

Benefits very good (yes, take advantage of them if you can)

Cons

A company where the upper management has to write five stars reviews here to make the company look better tells you all. This is sad and embarrassing fellas. Anyway, these guys, an Spaniard and a Portuguese (or Brazilian) "managers/directors" as they like to be called, used to punish me and my teammates at the bank, because we didn't have time to make no sense presentations for them about the work that I "was trying to do". I mean, dude! I have a ton of work left, its 6 PM, your client is paying us a lot to do my work, and you expect me to do this??? seriously?

Pros

None, ok, maybe the ticket-restaurante thing. But that's only available to staff on a "management" contract.

Cons

Terrible management who talk consultancy guff all day long but who are as professional as shell-fish. My interview process consisted of a 10 minute long-distance phone call during which the most probing technical question was "how would you handle a situation where you didn't know what to do"... and then a personal interview with another more senior manager who spent two hours telling me all about the fabulous company career structure and opportunities. He was and is a bare faced liar. He also didn't ask a single technical question, nor show any interest whatsoever in my qualifications or experience. Everis runs a call centre populated by techs who are over-worked and underpaid. Management promise everything to their clients and then scrabble around trying to find support staff who have both qualifications and experience and usually fail, because no one with qualifications and experience will work 12 hour days and suffer arrogant and stupid management practices. They pay peanuts and get a lot of monkeys. Everis needs to wake up and grow up. Technology people expect to work hard, but for doing so, they expect decent pay, respect AND flexibility. Everis offers NONE of these. Thinking of working here? You have been warned.
