You learn a lot of things related with the technology. I was learn a lot of Java and javascript development.

Cons

You work sometimes until 11 at night, or even weekends. They would say, I will pay the pizza. No compensation.

I've been working in this company from the beginning of my career and I learned lots of concepts, not only techonlogichal but also about working.

Cons

Once you have reached a certain level at the company, it comes up a very stressful environment where you can barely have your own time. In this company you're just a number for them, and if you quit, they just replace you with another employee without experience, or even an intern. Sometimes, it feels that your effort it's not rewarded as it should be.
