-Great work atmosfere -Meal tickets (buoni pasto) -Flexible schedule (sometimes Fridays are off upon request) -Upgrade of technical skills (in case lacking any skills/knowledge) -Abroad travel to the HQ -Face'to'face client meetings (even at intern level you will get to travel to clients) -Great office

Cons

-Sometimes feels like not an intern at all given the full spectrum of responsibility
