      Pros

      Good benefits. Flexible with WFH if you are good. If you speak Spanish and English your opportunities here will be great. A lot to learn on a project (what to do & what not to do). A lot of responsibility you can get that you wouldn't have at other companies.

      Cons

      Dying company in USA. It is only a matter of time until everyone goes back to their relative countries. Main project in DC is with a client that shoves you in a room with 12 people. The project is repetitive and suffocating. For Americans, their avg retention seems to be 1-2 years. Budget cuts are seen in places like HR, which drops satisfaction, which drops some good employees.
