      Pros

      I think the rating should be around 1.5. Since Glassdoor does not allow half ratings, I guess its a 2 to be fair. Benefits are OK. Depends on which project you are placed on, people on larger projects are generally great people to work with.

      Everything that is not listed in the 'Pros' section. Just to name a few: - Management Quality - Salary - HR - Culture - Winning contracts - Bonus structure - Hiring Process - Career growth/potential Absolutely avoid if you have other options!

      The best thing about everis is the culture and the environment.

      Cons

      everis give a lot of opportunities for recent graduates candidates and that's really good, but the bad thing is as long you will getting experience and you are more the developer kind of person you will see others opportunities in the market is more attractive
