      Good benefits Support from your Management leader Interesting projects

      In my particular case, I had to work alone with the client, so don't know about working in an Everis team Communication between managers and working teams was not as effective as expected.

      The place has a good location, most entry-level staff is really nice

      Cons

      Very few projects, low salary (compared to the competition), bad management, abuse of working hours, management acts like a closed group, no feedback of past performance, no teamwork... Not recommended

      - Team and Colleagues - Feeling as a valuable worker - Benefits (life and health insurance) - Career progression - "They hear you" - Proximity with higher layers of co-workers (managers, directors, partners and CEO)

      Cons

      They use many "enterprise-driven" frameworks ( like salesforce, outsystems, drupal, liferay) and for those who like to code, it might be kinda boring to develop.
