Pros
-relatively good salary - if you know how to convince them you are really smart( ----it's not so hard since there are no too much professionals) -not too much pressure in terms of schedule if you doing everything in time( it's ----hard for most of people 'cause of bad management and planing)
Cons
- pure equipment - little space in the office - nobody cares about real efficacy - not too much really professional people - weak interaction between teams, the same problems can be met many times but nobody even tries to ask help. If you try it looks very uncommon and weird
