      Pros

      As the title say, i would point out the good work environment and nice colleagues. I would say it is a nice place to start your career.

      Cons

      If you are unlucky and got assigned a project that you are not very fond of, you might have a bad time there until you are given a new project. That is due to the difficulty of changing projects inside the company
