Pros
Salary was actually OK but not intentionally (they assumed cost of living was higher than it actually was), most coworkers made the never ending crunch time more bearable
Cons
No room to negotiate salary, work/life balance was nonexistent (unless you can figure out how to get anything done outside of work during 12-16 hour, 7 day work weeks), management was extremely disorganized, certain benefits were not being honored, Spain based employees get preferential treatment over everyone else.
