+ Challenging work + Interesting expense plan(if you have the right expenses) + Health insurance for the whole family (which management brags about like if it's the holy grail of compensation) + Good facilities, if you get to see them

Cons

- Everyone complains about salary, management just brushes it off - Responsibility way above your paygrade - CEO only cares about sports and stuff that have nothing to do with consulting (hell look at their instagram account) - If your senior isn't good you're gonna pay for it - Prepare to do your manager's job as he will never be around nor be reachable - Financial team doesn't care if your expenses were paid on time, they'll just pay you next month, because that's normal... - If you miss timesheets, they'll dock your food subsidy for a month - If you don't fit the profile you're gonna take ages to be promoted - They sell cheap, which means you'll have long hours and understaffed/underqualified teams

Modern and fully digital way of work. Very cool and relaxed environment and dress code. Obsessed with social impact and work-life balance. Hungry for more. Growth opportunities.

Cons

A bit unstructured (probably because of high growth rate). Size and strategic level of projects is a bit behind its aspirational competitors because of the baggage from its IT background. Feels like a drag. Hence, the salaries are not top.
