Body rental and displacing resources No clear vision on what employees are doing on a day to day. Spanish people always in favour Hiring people on high pay even to be on the bench Overload some employees with objectives to get 3% or 4% pay rise Displaced resources with other competences to cover Management does not like to be bothered with your problems or issues No incentives for people, such as bonus or other benefits, unless you are from Senior Manager and above. People and HR focus on awards rather than retention and attraction

- Very good work environment, in terms of both premises (very central) and colleagues - Good benefit package (full health insurance, company car with unlimited fuel card, eco-cheques and mobile phone depending on position) - Human size (less than 150 employees), creating a "family" feeling and a positive attitude - Teleworking policy - Internal training supported

Cons

- Technology-focussed projects mainly, with increasing opportunities in business consulting projects, but still limited compared to other consulting firms - Long working hours depending on projects (Spanish culture), but generally acceptable in the Belgium office
