Pros
Is a great place to work, the work environment is amazing, all the coworkers made me feel welcomed from the beginning, and the team (from the director, manager and coworkers) was absolutely supportive with my personal goals and ideas.
Cons
Depending on the position there is not much professional grow available (this was my case at least)
