      - Company is always trying to improve and evolve - Data driven and product oriented - Uses KPIs for measurement of success and bonus - Infrastructure migrating to cloud - People are great to work with. Good feedback culture and openness

      - Technical stack is outdated and comes in a single flavor. Difficult to use non-Java tech stacks - Very limited career path - No remote work - Too rigid from a hierarchical point of view - Changes takes time and approval decisions from architecture team
