      They are super busy, at least in my team they did not have time to teach me basic concepts and terminologies and they expected me to find out many tricky things that could hinder anyone from continuing his/her job

      -Remote work with a lot of flexibility both for the daily basis and to take holidays. -Great environment, agile methodologies, easy to make friends and socialise in often events. -Work with super talented people surrounding you. The average talent is much superior than other companies I worked. It's easy to learn from others and grow in your career. -The company bet a lot for internal promotions and personal growth. -The product and technical challenge is super interesting and the impact in customers is counted by millions of people.
