Pros

Co workers are friendly. People want to collaborate. Cultural values include one about working together as a team. Company is quite profitable and experiencing success.

Cons

Challenging to onboard - lots of tribal knowledge; lots of undocumented things; lots of documentation - but, hard to tell which documentation is accurate and which is outdated. Leadership is trying to establish long term vision but I don't think it's currently well communicated and well broken down to give teams a clear mission to execute.
