Pros
I joined the company weeks before we went into confinement (in a very different role than the one I'm filling today), and I was really worried about what that could mean for me, but over the weeks and months my colleagues did not just welcome me: they became my friends, and I couldn't have made it without them. For me, eDO is more than a place to work, it's all the people I love working with, my teachers, my family. Because we do care about each other, I can proudly say that we all went the extra mile. There were indeed hard days, but it is thanks to how the teams collaborated and supported each other that no one was left behind. "We journey together" is one of our values, and the last months are living proof of it. I've worked in many industries during my long professional career in top companies, and I honestly think there's no better place I'd rather be, especially after all the efforts the company made to keep us all. Yes, we struggled but we also learned a lot and we had a lot of growth opportunities.
Cons
I honestly am very happy, especially with all the improvements and advances we did during the pandemics. Perfection hardly exists, but we take very seriously continuous improvement and our eDOers wellbeing.
