A lot of pressure, toxic competition and NOT an “employee-first culture

Pros

International environment, young and open people. I m lucky to work with a cheerful team ( but other teams are terrible- it depends on your manager) The office location in Bailen (bcn) is convenient

Cons

The company is only focused on performance and KPI’s, which creates a toxic competition among employees. Most of the Managers are incompetent , lack of leadership and communication. Salary is far low the market, cheap perks, the company doesn’t invest on their people. A lot of bottlenecks, useless amount of meetings, tedious and inefficient process, everything but agile.
