      Some good things, like work life balance, but leaves you behind in terms of technologies and practices

      Remote working. Flexibility. Internal grow. You have place to propose improvements.

      Cons

      Old technologies, practices and frameworks. Much of the legacy code is a mess. Very much focus in business and not so much in updating and upgrading the technology. Many of the daily work routines are tied to old ad-hoc processes that you must follow, that add unnecessary complexity to things that should be simple. Despite you can propose improvements (some of which are simply using industry standards) get that done is very difficult, due internal politics.
