Office location and set-up, Friday afternoons off, flexibility and hybrid working environment (depending on the team)

Cons

Bully middle-managers who keep you working under the threat of getting fired: culture of fear. Micro-management, dishonest and misleading practices which lead to conflicts among colleagues. Relationships as promotions are based on friendships. Culture is extremely toxic, people backstabbing you and lying to get ahead, If you have international experience you should stay away from this company
