      Quite easy interview. Tech skills are not really required (soft skills are more important). Chill pace of work. Can be fun to work at.

      Cons

      Salaries are very average, inflation is not compensated. No freedom from the development perspective (all the decisions are made by the people who don't code anymore), tech stack is old and barely improving, lot's of self-made libraries you don't wanna invest into. I wouldn't suggest engineers to go there if you care about your career and knowledge relevance. If you're not an engineer, maybe it's worth a shot.
