      Everyone seems so kind It can look good on your CV has many cultures and values

      Cons

      If you don't get along well with the managers, if you don't try to make them love you, everything can go bad and you can find yourself at the door. and it may be because of your manager's personal egoistic attitude and not your job. Everyone in the company may seem very helpful, very fair, but nobody really cares about you, that's what your manager says. Polyanaism is played at all meetings, everything looks great, but it's not like that.

      Pros

      There is a very good working environment. There are monthly parties to connect with other employees from other areas. There are many people in the TA team and we all help each other. It's very clear that they are working on the employee experience.

      Cons

      So far so good, maybe I would say that sometimes we have peaks of work but they are occasional times, it's not the rule.
