This company is a huge mess. Lack of organization, an understaffed department in firefighting mode and no actions defined to proactively improve the company and avoid the huge amount of unnecessary manual work that cripples the employees from having stress free weeks. Many managers need to develop their communication and leadership skills and look out for their employees instead of just trying to save themselves.
