- I recently joined eDreams from out of EU. As visa process takes longer time, so I joined the company through third party agent named Omnipresent. That means, I remotely working in the company until get Visa and company pay me through Omnipresent. - Everything works fine, I worked for 3 months. I delivered my task as expected. Suddenly after 3 months, without any pre-notice they terminate the contact. - When I signed offer letter, I had another job with relocation option. But now, I have nothing. - They hired lots of developer, many of them don't have any team yet. And they firing me easily as I remotely joined and signed through third party company. - For the Visa purpose, I put lots of effort. Even my work permit is done. - It's really a shameless activity. They did it without think a bit.
