There’s no room for a “just get it done” or the classic “we’ve always done it this way” mindset—innovation and excellence are the standards here. Flexibility is also a major strength: there’s room to justify estimates for activities and find a good balance to meet deadlines without excessive pressure.

      Cons

      Going the extra mile is often encouraged, and we're motivated to step out of our comfort zones, which is great for professional growth, but it can also be demanding. Sometimes it feels “mandatory” to be proactive and constantly share updates. This can create a slight sense of competition among colleagues. Career opportunities are there, but progression requires commitment—perhaps more than initially expected.
