Remote work makes conciliation a reality. - There are many technical challenges so it's easy to find a way to grow your career path, which is very well defined and explicit. - Good work-life balance.

Cons

- In team gatherings, people from Barcelona used to travel less than people from other locations, which is a bit unfair in some cases. - Discounts in flights for employees could be better
