      The company could not care less about both employees and customers

      Get paid by the end of the month...

      Cons

      Sales is the only focus and there is no Customer Experience project No vision on the long run and focus on the day to day work : Calls mainly People in charge of the call centers are there for 10 to 15 years and have no clue about management. All about control. I don't see any future in this company

We would like to confirm that each one of our offices, from HQ to Call Centers, and our colleagues working in these locations, are important for us. For this reason we have many ongoing projects aimed at improving your experience with us. One of them is the annual engagement survey that you have been invited to participate in. We gained valuable insights into what is working well, where we need to improve and we are relaying the feedback back to the business. As for our senior leadership and management we have a Management Program and the main goal of this training is to improve skills and capabilities to support managers build high performing teams that will drive business results. We're thankful that you took the time to share your opinion so that we can reflect on it and think about the ways we can adapt to the needs of our colleagues.

      Good team, good environment across team mates. Challenging environment, always there are things to do, several legacy to clean

      Cons

      Management decisions are only based top-down. Salaries do not scale and is difficult to move between positions.
