      Pros

      Only good thing is that they hire junior developers.

      Cons

      But they don't hire junior engineers to harvest a nice culture, just because so they can pay low salaries. Technology wise this company is 10 years behind the competition. If compared to skyscanner or expedia, they have developers with inflated real value. And projects take years to go live.
