      Pros

      The environment is pretty great. The office in Porto has been trying to create a community for all the Porto based employees and a sense o community.

      Cons

      The benefits are very poor. They do not understand the competitiveness of the hiring market in Porto and the give very poor benefits. The Health insurance is maybe the worst possible, meal allowance is just the minimum by the collective agreement (6.35€). And only 22 vacation days, that is an absurd for a tech company

      Pros

      It's a community, not only a company, great atmosphere. You are supported during the interview already! Huge welcome pack, you choose your equipment and you can order and receive further equipment in a few days. Time dedicated to learning and great partners platform for training. You have had a clear sight of your career's possibility since day 0. Competitive salaries and a clear bonus system. Precise mission, values and objectives.

      Cons

      You can feel overwhelmed by the onboarding process and all the stimulation, but you can set your pace.
