Very poor management, to avoid.

Pros

Trendy and city centered offices with nice view on Sagrada Familia. Ability to move positions internally.

Cons

Promise benefits but unreachable and poor. Lack of knowledge on the market they position in, result in bad strategy. Employees considered as numbers, not valued. Changing environment, very unsetting and unstable to be honest. Lack of management skills and sometimes you can feel bullied and belittled.

We are working hard to create a comfortable and collaborative working environment, and we do have a zero tolerance policy on discriminatory behaviours. We encourage colleagues that witness this sort of behaviour to speak to their line manager / HR Business Partner immediately, to ensure that any form of unethical behaviours is addressed. poor accountability in all groups, low business maturity level, questionable business practices, high-employee over-turn, bad top down mgmt and egos.
