      Pros

      Nice colleagues and office, free coffee, good internal training opportunities, decent salary

      Cons

      Ruthless management keeps employees in the dark, trigger happy and ready to fire without warning. Self-aggrandising CEO who regularly belittles employees publicly. Mismatch between agile pods in technology and hapless business teams creating budget projections out of thin air. Ancient tech infrastructure, and architects basing their decisions on what they've done for years, not what would be good for the company. Most blatant exploitation of customers I have ever encountered in any company.

      Pros

      Working for eDreams was a good experience, i have learned a lot. Like every company it has its issues, but overall i can't complain. Atmosphere is good, there are many talented people to work with.

      Cons

      Salaries are below market level, there is no recognition or promotion opportunities. Also i would expect much more training.
