Pros
If you work for an international market, you have the opportunity to improve your language skills. They train you on the GDS system Amadeus.
Cons
The volume of work was insane. I was receiving calls from clients non-stop from 9 am until 6 pm. While talking to the client over the phone, I had to do other tasks as well, such invoices. If I wanted to go to the bathroom I could pause the phone but only for a few minutes. The pressure was too much.
