Great experience during the recruitment process and hiring
Pros
Clear and structured hiring process: The process was divided into 4 stages: interview with HR, meeting with the team, a take-home coding task, and a code review with the team. Each step was well-explained and transparent. Quick turnaround: The time between each step was short, making the entire process smooth. I went from interviews to receiving the offer in just a few days. Effective communication: Expectations were clear on both sides, and everything was met without any misunderstandings. Attractive offer: The salary offer was slightly higher than what I initially requested, which was a nice surprise.
Cons
Limited time for the take-home task: While the difficulty of the coding task wasn’t particularly high, the time allocated to complete it was a bit tight, especially considering I was also working full-time at my current job during that period.
