      Pros

      Edreams is a very international company where many nationalities are represented. Strong agile mindset and very product oriented. Some team could be under more pressure than others but overall it's a great place to grow and to work. Outstanding internal trainings that help all departments and individuals to grow, great reward initiatives to recognize performance. Product is the center piece of the organization, we constantly challenge each other which makes us better. Close interactions with the leaders and they are very accessible in case of doubts.

      Good environment, good people, relaxed working environment, trainings, nice office.

      Cons

      Old technologies, big corporation (changes take too much), no remote option, slow computers. You only get to know the company way of doing things, don't grow as a real professional.

      - Great rewarding actions like the EDO awards, rewarding some team members per category like (performance, innovation, leadership, ect..), - young & multicultural teams - New Career path program - Great development support: training done by RH team, online support through the platform, kahoot, ... - Culture of feedback between employees-manager but also between peers/colleagues. - Monthly updates of the company to all EDO employees to share the key information about performance, new features or key information about the strategy. - Great benefit like: Discounts on flights, Free fruits, discounts on a fitness app.

      A lot of meetings Top-down management in some area is quite strong
