      High volume, fast paced, transforming and continuously changing/adapting environment. Many opportunities for those that are proactive and focused on delivering results. Diverse team of skilled and talented individuals.

      Cons

      Too much time spent on how to approach certain individual than on the topics themselves. Team members need to me more open with feedback.

      Pros

      There is a nice environment, the work methodology is amazing, flexible schedule and other advantages of a big modern company, no presure in terms of timing and it is prioritized the quality of the product.

      Cons

      The hierarchical structure (as an ancient company), lack of visibility for advancing in my career path and a short term focus looking for an immediate revenue instead of looking for the client satisfaction.
