      Pros

      Good environment with a lot of young people, cool office parties. Free Fridays afternoons.

      Cons

      It's a company with an old mind-set. Low salary. Zero meritocracy. In fact, there are mangers that end up in important positions but have no experience or idea what they are doing.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is pretty good overall and most people are nice and pleasant to work with. There are a lot of great projects and challenges to work on. The working conditions are not bad (full remote work during COVID, half-day Fridays, etc.)

      Cons

      The salary for a non-manager position is very low, especially when you consider the salary that managers and directors get. They will try and trick you into accepting a low salary, saying that there are regular salary reviews, but it actually becomes a never-ending struggle and people end up leaving the company because of it.
