Very competitive compensation Great team and smart colleagues State of the art work place environment Current change environment offers also opportunities

Cons

Still relatively high uncertainty following recent restructuring efforts, with further restructuring likely to happen Effort to work together collectively not yet at 100% effectiveness - still elements of silo mentality. Would not recomment starting here before direction and set-up is stable

Pros

The office is in the heart of Downtown Toronto, accessible via public transit. The hiring process was fairly easy, I got in with the help of a placement agency, had two interviews and was hired. The training process was very thorough, which made me feel confident once the job began.

Cons

- Odd hours - Senior management wasn't accessible - there isn't much room for advancement as those in senior positions never leave
