      Pros

      A big organisation with diverse opportunities. People are great to work with and the environment is multicultural and very open.

      Cons

      Constantly reorganising, this means no long-term job security. This is an old company with legacy processes, systems, thinking. It is really struggling to move into the 21st century.

      Great team work and an open door policy to Management. Opportunity to drive your own career path - both upwards as well as side ways experience gathering is possible. Flexible working (in most Business Areas) is actively promoted

      Cons

      Frequent upper Management changes create uncertainty. Fundamental organisational changes disrupt the basically solid and good work that is delivered.
