- a lot of transformation going on - your job might not last for very long. Especially in the corporate center - Too much bureaucracy

A small company, lots of experience, slow turnover, decent pay, so-so benefits, centre of town.

Cons

Little chance of development or promotion. In recent years, little respect for longer serving employees, resulting in a large exodus over a short period.

- Some great initiatives; great thoughts and ideas. - Some really good people - Physical working environment is OK - Re-numeration is OK

Cons

- No backbone. Scared to make decisions as everyone that has an opinion can provide it and be expected to have an influence - Many layers of middle-management that think they are important (add no real value), with the matrix environment making accountability unclear - Change is the norm; so much so that delivery is impacted and results take a long time to occur. (A few years ago, this was a 4/5 star company)
