      Pros

      The people are so friendly. Good rate of pay. Good holiday entitlement and company benefits. Hours good - 1/4 Saturday's a month.

      Cons

      No room for progression Constant restructure means continuous worry over future. Some management should not be on the position they are.

      Good people, good systems and resources, friendly atmosphere, flexible working environment. Gives you broad exposure to many different industry people.

      Cons

      No clear direction from management, constant change and restructure. Changed a lot of job descriptions. Need to work on retaining and building the team.

      you will get good experience, pay is good at entry level, pay increase every year

      Cons

      very tough on middle management, work load is excessive, pay does not line up with responsibility. After recent redundancies there are not enough staff to do the work
