I have a fantastic team, that has bent backwards in making sure I got the support I've needed to fit in, and do my work with little disruption. There is a good culture here. Everybody, irrespective of their position or seniority are all very approachable and friendly. Senior Management let off a homely and down to earth vibe, rather than a commercial 'I'm too important and senior for you to approach' tone when speaking to them.
