      Good small UK insurance company

      Pros

      It was a small friendly insurance company in the UK and the customer was always put first and the claims attitude was to try and pay a claim wherever possible within the terms and conditions. Unlike a lot of big insurers who deny many claims that are payable.

      Cons

      Being small always a risk for take over and ultimately redundancy.

      There is latitude in the work you do and it's possible to learn new things, wear multiple hats.

      Lacking a process in general. There's not really and idea of a project per say, it's more seat of your pants.
