Initially there was a delightful small company feel while working there. Everyone had a can-do, whatever it takes to get it done attitude. The company leadership took very good care of the staff.

Cons

The company was acquired during my tenure and things changed. Process over productivity issues began to come into play; individuals' strengths were valued less.

Lack of leadership especially on technology has resulted in a lot of turnover of leadership staff. Early mornings and evenings are acknowledged as a challenge but nothing changes
