Pros

Good Compensation. Stock Option. Insurance. Sometimes free lunch.

Cons

If you are in new domain like cloud migration, AI, Agentic AI then definitely do not join. 1. Completely Toxic Environment: Dangerous mindset of senior management. They will treat new joiners as slave. They do not show any respect for your knowledge, but they want your respect because they are senior to you in Workday. They will push you to the edge, test your abilities and make you work, Then they will take your work to show that to upper management. 2. Rigid Non Movable Tech Stack: The whole stack is monolithic, a big giant JVM is seating. Anything you want to do you need to call SOAP, complex XML parsing. They will force you to learn XO (a form based procedural language which has no value outside). 3. Complete madness: They are bluffing the world that they have agents to solve problems. But in reality, agents are eating their software. 4. Old Managers hold their fort: Sr. Managers form their camps with old connections and form new team, bluffing the higher management that they are using AI in their software stack. But in reality, there is no quality, the whole game is just building the bunch of POC and not thinking about how is going to deploy.
