Pay, coworkers are generally great to work with. Cautiously optimistic that Aneel can correct all the harm that has taken place over the last 2-3 years

Cons

Culture has diminished. Used to feel valued but now we are numbers. Been tough watching people I grew up with in the company be let go. No trust in executive leadership. New, recertification process and proctor testing shows your how much they trust thier employees. So much for core values of integrity and profitability.
