      Pros

      Being workday certified does enable you to find contract work quite easily, so that can be a plus. Pay is decent, but it comes at a cost...

      Cons

      - The cost-cutting and RIFS have put immense pressure on others to pick up the workload left behind - The emphasis on AI is becoming farcical. No one knows what efficiencies we are gaining, if any, and it's becoming a running joke - Senior Management is cutthroat and incompetent; they're getting fat off the layoffs and stock buybacks - The increased workload is harming our ability to serve customers, and they're beginning to notice - My well-being and mental health have seriously degraded since the start of this year, to the point of breaking

      There are better places

      * nice office location * competitive compensation package

      Cons

      * complete chaos in management - shifting direction 180 degrees every 6 months * culture in the office not as it used to be * unnecessary layoffs * life on promises: - promises of new product and expansion (instead there is a layoff) - promises of multisport for 2 years - promises of career growth and opportunities (instead you support legacy solutions)
