Pros

Good benefits. Opportunities to make a big impact on the industry.

Cons

If you’re good at what you do, they won’t let you take much time off for yourself. People with more seniority will justify that to take time off and leave you short handed in the crunch time of the year.

Pros

Free food and snacks and Frat style parties

Cons

When I started Workday was very small. As it has grown and Dave D has moved away it became a place that was no longer a great place to work

Pros

Good on-boarding experience and product training.

Cons

Lots of middle management with no leadership ability. Seems like tenure alone, not capability, leads to management.
